The supervision<\/h3>

Since 2017, I have been integrating the concepts of the developmental and positive approach into my practice with youth, families, and professionals I collaborate with. It has been through several trials and errors that I have gradually learned to apply these concepts, tools, and interventions and to make them accessible to my clients. My years of experimentation and improvement have allowed me to develop a know-how that help young people and their families build their knowledge, resources, and strengths to improve their relationships and live more harmoniously.
\nSupervision is a structured professional activity that allows for the development, deepening, and consolidation of knowledge in a continuous training process. It also allows a professional to enhance client outcomes, to reflect on his\/her practice and ethical considerations and have access to support and encouragement. \nI will be delighted to accompany and support you in the process of embodying the concepts of the approach.
